"So good we booked it twice within 8 weeks!!!!"Well, what more can we say?! We had read the reviews, looked at their website and then made an enquiry phone call on a Sunday afternoon.....10 mins later the booking was made! We could not fault anything.....email communication and all the necessary detail was dealt with superbly.......not to mention the very helpful advice regarding taxis, food etc I will fast forward and give a summary of both visits (we enjoyed the first trip so much we arrived home on 2nd May and by the 5th had booked another stay in July - does that give you an idea of how good this villa is?!) The villa is situated in a quiet, private residential area, within a 5 minute walk of some restaurants and bars.....so if you want total privacy and the option to taxi in to Maspalomas or Melonaras (€3-€5) then this is for you! The villa is spotless...totally.... It has every convenience you need to feel home from home....from the kitchen facilities, double fridge freezers, microwave, dishwasher, great cooker etc etc The snug......big TV, satellite, dvd, video and a huge library of books! Bathrooms - lost count of how many there were, but they were all modern and had hot water all the time! Outside - the dining area is just superb - we lived there the entire time! It is shaded so provided a very welcome respite from the sun at times WIFI - Connection first time, every time, and for the sake of 10 mins every day at teatime, I was able to keep in touch with work and consequently had the most relaxed holiday in years...... The pool - solar heating has a lot to answer for! What a joy being able to enjoy water without feeling frozen! Many an hour was spent standing in the water enjoying a good book! The hosts......fantastic! You will not meet 2 people more dedicated to customer enjoyment. They are always looking for ways to enhance their villa and while we were there provided comfy mattresses for the loungers! Most importantly they can guage how much interaction their guests like to have.....in our case we totally enjoyed the opportunity to sit and have a chat and socialise! In conclusion......it pains me to say how good this place is......it simply means it will be more difficult to book in the future! But in fairness, excellence deserves recognition, and Richard and Lexie have created it!

I had never been abroad before and I went with 6 of my relatives on a girls holiday and I was not disappointed. The owners met us on arrival and we were given star treatment, shown around the Villa and immediately given the information to explore the area. The taxi service was very good and the language barrier was not a problem, I was able to make myself understood, using the information provided by the owners. The villa had everything to hand that you could wish for it was exceptional!!! It felt like home. There were so many choices for dining out and the entertainment was mindblowing I loved it!!! I would definately recommend it to others so much so that I am now planning my return for next year.

We have just returned from ten super days in Gran Canaria. The bungalow is first class and contained everything we needed during our holiday. The quality is high, it is immaculate in terms of cleanliness and the attention to detail is first class. We received tremendous support from the owners whilst we were in the Canaries and I can echo previous comments about safety and security. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone who is looking to rent on the Island.

Kymmenien majoitussivujen joukosta netistä valitsimme Rikun ja Lekun bungalowin, valinta osoittautui erinomaiseksi. Bungalow vastasi kaikkia odotuksia, mitä neljällä alle 10-vuotiaalla lapsella ja näiden vanhemmilla oli. Vuokra on ehkä vähintään keskitasoa, mutta vastineeksia saa asumisluxusta, isäntäperheen englantilaisen avuliaisuuden, hyvän ja erityisesti rauhallisen sijainnin. Melko pieneltä kuulostava allas on täysin riittävä juuri uimataidon saavuttaneille ja rannalle on alle puolen tunnin kävelymatka. 10 minuutin kävelymatkan säteeltä löytyy mm. golfkenttä, huvipuisto, ostoskeskus baareineen&ravintoloineen ja alle 5 minuutissa ainakin 2 pikkukauppaa, josta saa mm. Hesarin. 3 eurolla pääsee taxilla Playa del Inglésiin ja 5 eurolla paikallisten suosimiin ruokakauppoihin.

Just a quick email to say thanks for a lovely stay in Gran Canaria. Your villa is lovely and absolutely spotless. I have already had a group of friends ask me for your contact details re booking a stay in October possibly, so I have passed them on. All my friends know how fussy I am, so if I spread the word, you are guaranteed to be fully booked up !
We really enjoyed our stay and Jo and I have vowed to return with some friends next time. However, for now, once again thank you. We all felt really well looked after with lots of extra touches that made us feel safe and welcome.

A wonderfully spacious, contemporary bungalow beautifully furnished with all the facilities/luxuries one would expect to find in any 1st class accommodation. Very good location on a quite development with all amenities within walking distance. Wide selection of good value restaurants. Everything you need for a very relaxing holiday. Ideal for both families and couples.

"If we visit Gran Canaria again this is were we stay."
This villa has quality throughout. Clean, comfortable, secure and all the amenities you need. Sometimes it was difficult to leave it to visit the beach! It's not too far from Playa del Ingles, short 50 metre walk to get a taxi and 3 Euros 5 minutes later your there. This was our second week but we wished we had stayed here the fortnight. Fantastic villa kept to a very high spec by the owners. If we visit Gran Canaria again this is were we stay. Perfect.

"Spacious rooms."
Six of us for a weeks holiday and a superb bungalow to live in. Spacious rooms , dining tables inside and out, en-suite toilets, privacy, well furnished kitchen small but very handy pool and a very warm welcome from Richard and Lexie (at 1.30.a.m.). As above my wife wished she could afford to buy it and live there all year round, although the weather might have swayed her also. NO compaints from us only COMPLIMENTS thanks for making our holiday SO comfortable and easy.

On behalf of us all I want to thank you both for such a fantastic trip. I've previously said it, but finding two people who put so much time and effort into ensuring their guests have a perfect holiday is so refreshing.
Working in travel I come across a lot and nothing phases me now but seeing how much care, attention and love has gone into the villa really did make me stand back and be thankful that there are still people with a genuine passion left in the industry.
I really do look forward to our next trip and will be in touch to check dates when I know when that will be. !

The bungalow is absolutely gorgeous, very spacious and beautifully furnished with all the luxuries expected with excellent accommodation, even down to supplying beach towels. The location is in a quiet residential area with all facilities within easy walking distance. Ideal for families and couples to relax and enjoy. You have accomplished so much to make sure the holiday was greatly enjoyed – the best we have ever had.

"We would all definitely rent this villa again"
The property has been recently renovated and is maintained to a really excellent standard with all the facilities you could want, and a few more that you probably didn't know you'd want. The owners are really friendly, helpful and on hand when you need them. The location is great, a residential area which is generally peaceful during the day, yet is really close to Faro and other commercial centres. The solar heated pool was great in the Summer, although could be a little cooler out of the summer season. The generous welcome pack we received on arrival was gratefully received when we arrived after midnight on our first night. We would all definitely rent this villa again and would recommend it to others.

Zum 3. Mal haben wir unseren Urlaub in dieser herrlichen Villa verbracht. Die Gastgeber verwöhnten uns schon bei der Ankunft mit einer Flasche Wein, kühlem Wasser und Gebäck. So einen tollen Start in den Urlaub findet man nicht überall. Selbstverständlich ging es auch so weiter. Mit Rat und Tat standen uns unsere Gastgeber immer zur Verfügung. Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub in einer liebevoll, eingerichteten Villa, wo es uns an nichts mangelte. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil, damit man die Strände schneller erreicht. Einkaufen und Restaurants aber auch zu Fuss möglich.
"Perfect break."
The villa is in a lovely quiet and very well maintained residential area. There is a handy shop just across the road. Only 5 minutes walk from a large shopping centre with eateries and 3 Euros in a taxi to main Yumbo, Kasbah nightlife. You need not go out with UK television and DVD facility in each bedroom. Teenagers could take playstation and use large flat screen TV to play on in separate TV room with large corner comfy sofa. Neighbours are residents so you do have to be mindful of that.
Perfect break. Planning to try and go back next year.
The owners kept regular contact with me before arriving due to our flights being changed a week or so before departure. This is always reassuring. They left a welcome pack for us and managed to offer us several hours more time in the villa due to late night flight return. Very hospitable.
